A large corpus of U.S. military technology is already public—scattered across SBIR/STTR grants, DTIC publications, DoD patents, and DARPA-funded research—but written in jargon that never maps to commercial applications. Dual-Use Tech Bridge is an AI-powered platform that maps public U.S. military technology to commercial applications. I ingested ~120,000 technologies from federal open-data sources into a searchable web app, with an inference layer that explains, in plain English, how a given military technology could improve a commercial product—and vice versa.
